Southbank Tower, London

Asset manager for a private investment company who, in 2018, acquired, 37 apartments including four penthouses in Southbank Tower, one of London’s most prominent luxury residential developments.


Following an 18 month development phase, the Tower is relaunching with a new Zaha Hadid designed lobby and curated programme of design and cultural partnerships. A limited collection of these apartments will be launched to the global residential market in 2020.

Asset manager for a private investment company who acquired the 10,000 square meter landmark and former hotel retail building fronting the iconic Praça Dom Pedro IV and Praça Figueira squares in central Lisbon.  


The project concerns the refurbishment of 7 buildings as a flagship retail centre in Lisbon’s downtown in the quarter between Praça do Rossio (west), Praça da Figueira (east), Rua do Amparo (north) and Rua da Betesga (south). The project will renew the area, bring life and modernity whilst preserving the history, maintaining the commerce alive and dynamic downtown. 

Marlin Bay Yacht Club, Florida

Investment manager for Marlin Bay Yacht club, a state-of-the-art private marina community centered around a completed 99 boat slip marina basin (25 boat lifts) with 13 luxury detached single-family units, 71 vacant single- family development lots, along with along with clubhouse, fitness centre, business centre, dockmaster building commercial space, bar and pool.

Investment manager for Napa Resort & Spa sites which include approved entitlements and plans for a ten 1- 4 story buildings comprising a 351 luxury hotel keys inclusive of up to 201 condominium units and associated amenities - 20,000 feet of conference and meeting space, a 590 stall subterranean garage and 14 surface parking spaces, multiple food & beverage outlets, a 12,000 square-foot spa, health club, indoor and outdoor pools and retail use.


Development also includes prime commercial retail site on the corner of First St and Silverado Trail comprising 2-acres with 16,000 square foot building formerly used as a Wine and Spirits market and car parking.
