Adam Birch

Adam is a CIMA qualified accountant with over 15 years experience in finance focused roles across operational, development, investment and corporate disciplines.
Adam is responsible for project underwriting and appraising financial models to ensure transactions are well aligned to the relevant investment mandate and leads the accounting and finance workstreams under SFG’s Management Services offering.
JOURNEY
Having held various senior finance roles, Adam has acted on the delivery of over 11,000 PBSA beds across both on and off campus investments with a variety of long and short-dated debt arrangements as well as strategic asset disposals. In an operational finance capacity, he continues to manage banking relationships, compliance reporting and refinancing activity for multiple assets managed by SFG.
Adam is responsible for the accounting and financial management of a variety of property investments including high-end residential, retail and PBSA across multiple countries on behalf of a range of investors including pension funds, universities, family offices and trust structures.
